Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions agreement is between Purple Daisy and you, the customer. It is conditioned upon the following factors.

Purple Daisy has the right to:

Collect payments, cancel services if need be dependent upon the situation, and refuse services to anyone within reason.
Be human; sometimes we don't always get it right, but we will MAKE it right if ever the situation arises, and of course we are subject to website downtimes from time to time for maintenance and quality purposes.
Forbid unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
Disable user accounts.
Be a kind business that puts the community (again, within reason) first.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns and refunds are conditional upon the following factors:

A return or refund must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product and must be approved with photo evidence of the problem.
If a return or refund is approved, the item must look the way it did when you received it. All item conditions are photographically documented by us before being sent out.
If you made an accidental purchase; we get it. The request for a refund must be initiated within 7 days of the order being placed. We start on orders as soon as they are placed, and ship accordingly.
In order to begin a return, you must contact us at the email address we have provided: purpledaisy315@gmail.com and we will get back to you shortly.
If your return has been accepted, you will pay shipping. Upon inspection of the item once we receive it, if we deem that it was an error on our part, you will be refunded the price of shipping as well as your order.
